Last night - dunno if you can call it dinner really but it's the nearest I got - a pack of corn cob chunks marinated in oil, parsley, garlic and chilli, 2 cheese topped baps filled with tomato slices, and the other 2 half tomatoes I just ate.

Tonight we just had some 'goo' I made up! *lol* I boiled up some brown rice, stir fried it with some veggies and some chopped up hard boiled eggs, with Chinese seasoning and some 'fake' (quorn) ham strips (no-one is a veggie here anymore but I'm still using up what I bought when my daughter was) Made up some packet mix Chinese curry sauce to go with it. My son said he's not very impressed...

We just had spicy beanburgers tonight (they are coated in taco crumbs :) ) Slathered them in tomato ketchup and they were yummy :)

Lunch was homemade chicken barley soup. Supper so far has been a leftover hamburger for each of us. We might end up grazing more later on.

Fried chicken from the local grocery Deli. It was very good, I haven't had fried chicken for a long time.

Yesterday: Grilled Chicken brats, potato salad and potato salad for a quick lunch. Marinated/grilled steaks with onions & mushrooms on top, seasoned fries and salad for supper. Today: Marinated chicken on the grill, mashed potatoes and green beans for lunch ~ eaten al fresco on the back patio. Went for a long, fun trek on trails in the Hoosier National Forest and picked up pizza from the Hut on the way home. Beautiful weather today!!! Making burgers on the grill tomorrow for lunch, served with corn on the cob, potato salad, chips, and baked beans. Tomorrow night getting together with friends at a local Mexican restaurant for supper ~ yum-my!

We're having rabbit stew tonight :) First time for years since rabbit isn't easy for me to get hold of. But I was out with my parents and they stopped by their butchers that sells them so I got one. Even my dog is getting the liver and kidneys :)

BBQ chicken chunks, with jacket potatoes and salad, maybe some bread made with corn-on-the-cob in it.

I'm thinking pan seared fish, brown and wild rice, and some kind of vegetable.
