'Kebabs' (minced spiced meat on skewers) with jacket potatoes and lots of different salad veggies, slaw and leftover salsa from the other day. Little sponge cupcakes for afters, filled with buttercream and jam and dusted with icing sugar.

Microwaved green beans tossed with a little butter and parsley. I am feeling utterly lazy today!

Bacon and beans mix with tomatoes, onion and mushrooms. Some sort of carb to go with but not sure what yet, maybe mash.

Spaghetti Bolognese, I have found a really nice version of it on the bbc food web site which says to use bacon so it's a trip to the supermarket to grab some nice ingredients.

Home-made lasagne (son and his fiancee made it) with a little salad. I would've liked more salad but was glad not to have to cook :) A couple of glasses of red to wash it all down. A custard doughnut and a jam doughnut for afters.

Jacket potato, no butter, chicken tikka strips, salad (forgot the coleslaw though and it would have been less 'dry') Double chocolate cake with Cornish vanilla ice cream for afters.
