Y'all talked so much about chili yesterday, I went out and bought the ingredients this morning and it's simmering now.

Cajun Corn and Shrimp Chowder. My mother usually makes dinner on Saturday and she is making this tonight. We'll probably have it with sour dough bread, since I bought some the other day and we need to eat it up.

Last night I made shrimp tetrazinni and sugar snap peas. Also had fresh fruit salad (pineapple, blueberries & bananas).

Today we ate leftovers of the same. And since it is Sunday, tonight will be popcorn.

I'm doing a pot roast with potatoes, celery & carrots plus fruit salad and some cookies/peanut clusters for a friend and her family. They just had a baby.

We'll probably starve because I'm tired from everything I've had to do today.

DD's birthday so we are having steak (I don't care for steak though and found some lamb chops on major discount), smashed red potatoes, and green beans. Froggy shaped cake for desert.
