I am desiring to find a husband or rather, that he would find me, but at 42 years old I fear that is a long-lost dream. If God desires me to be single the rest of my days, I need to change my attitude. Please pray for me as I just ask that I find peace about my single situation. thank you.

I know that you have done similar miracles in the past. When I was 56, you drew me together with the woman of your choice and we married. Thank you for allowing us to see that just because the wait is long for an answer to prayer doesn't mean it won't be answered. Oh God please send someone special into this lady's life, someone that will make that wait worth it all, and until he comes give her comfort and peace and contentment in her single life. Help her to draw close to you and fill her heart with your love so she won't be lonely. In the name of Jesus I pray, amen.

Hey guys.. I am asking for prayer for perseverance in this time. There is a girl whom I love and want to be with. However, I am confronting a stronghold in my life and I am being advised to wait until the end of April before I consider talking to her. We dated for 6 months and we broke up 4 months ago. We have spoken a few times since breaking up. I made a commitment to her I would not contact her until I have clarity and peace in being with her. As much as it hurts to wait, I know I can not have this until the passing of time. I fear I may lose her and that she will be snatched up before I can call her. However, everybody keeps telling me if this is the girl God desires for me to marry then she will be there and I don't need to worry about "losing" her. Please pray that I will rely on the Father's strength right now and to lean not on my own understanding. That I will focus on drawing closer to Him right now first. Waiting is so painful.

Father,
I pray for my future wife today, even as those circumstances are not going well at all. I have no idea if I know her already or I have yet to meet her, but I pray that she will have perservered and grown in You in this time.
Father, I have been rejected by those I was interested in for one reason or another, and that rejection has made me afraid to even try. As a result, I am still single at age 30 when nearly all my friends are married with children! I feel like I haven't matured because of the perception that I squandered the best years to meet a mate! Now, it seems the pool of candidates ranges from slim to none left and very, very hopeless. With this, I am feeling desperation. Please remove this desperation from my heart and replace it with Your Presence.
I know You are indeed Sovereign, and You know what's best for me (even though this issue has made me raise questions about Your provision for my life). I pray that You would draw me back closer to You. Also, help me to keep the desire for marriage in its proper place and perspective.
Thank You for what you have done and blessed me with in my life!!! I love You, Father! I pray this in Jesus's wonderful name.

Dear heavenly father,
I pray that you help me make the right decisions when looking for a husband. Lord, open my eyes to see which ever man that pursues me is the right one sent by you, Lord.
Let me see past the material things to his heart and know that he is sent by you. Lord, please help me to not stumble at this like I did before.
I also lift up my fellow brothers and sisters who are praying for a mate, Lord. Let their eyes be opened to see the one you send to them, dear heavenly Father.
