I just stumbled into this thread after seeing it at the bottom of Elena's signature. Thank you so much for this thread! This is me too. I'm 31 SF and I have been waiting to be married a long time. I always thought I'd be married with at least 1 kid by 25. Well God has other plans because I'm not there. I have learned to be patient and wait for his perfect timing, but every year older I get the more I think about it, esp. since I want to have kids. I don't want to be having kids in my 40's...I know God's got a good plan and I am thankful for that. But sometimes I need more patience. I need to follow his to do list instead of my own. Ah but it's so hard sometimes. I appreciate all the prayers being said here.
