Karen Hi Karen, My kids are older-so needing a sitter to go the gym is a non issue for me-BUT....when I started out they weren't quite old enough to leave them so I could exercise. I have a mini-stepper, dumbells, and resistance bands @ home. They take up very little space-but can help me squeeze in a good workout. A few exercsie DVDs would be a help too. Where there's a will, there's a way. Keep up the good work ladies!
